Hi everyone, I'm new here. I'm an automation engineer working as a backend developer at a startup. One of my many passions is electronic music, as I've been a vocalist since my teenage years, performing alongside local DJs at private and public events. Over the last 5–6 years, I've also started producing some tracks.
I tried to bring my passion into my master's thesis project, where I developed some MATLAB scripts for extracting low-level MPEG-7 standard, non-standard, and psychoacoustic descriptors. I used libraries found online and the MIRToolbox. It's nothing groundbreaking, but I wanted to share this project, which I set aside after completing my thesis. If anyone wants to collaborate on future projects or expand this one, you're more than welcome.
