They say there is no such thing as a dumb question, so here is my dumb question!
Scenario: You are using a 3rd party Arpeggiator plugin with a pattern going and you wish to record this into an external device which has a sequencer of it's own, in my case a Roland MC-202, but you only want Bitwig to play one bar and then stop to eliminate any chance of more notes being played and recorded into the device.
How do you do this? I have no clip in play here to use due to arpeggiator, I cannot use the loop function as this may cause more notes to be recorded, there is no play <for this length of time> and then stop feature in Bitwig like Cubase for example.
Seem's to be a VERY simple thing for a DAW to do, but I cannot for the life of me find it, and... As you can imagine this would be a very useful feature for other scenarios as well.
