Instruments • Virus/Malware findings on Virus Total from various plugins

hi guys,
I didnt use VIRUS TOTAL in the past much and just my local virus scanner. I bought some new plugins like from Red Timbre, Anemond, Audiomodern etc.
and nearly all of them have 1-2 findings on Virus Total eg;

VBA32 = TScope.Trojan.Delf

CrowdStrike Falcon = Win/grayware_confidence_60% (D)

SecureAge = Malicious

Bkav Pro = W32.AIDetectMalware

would you still install them or check with the company/dev first?
