I've been unable to log in to the offical Ableton forum for months, even though i'm a paying user of Ableton.
Support either doesn't reply at all or takes at least 7 days to reply to emails.
I can never understand this sort of tardiness.
If you think about it, it doesn't make logical sense. If they had more support enquiries than manpower, then the wait time would continue getting longer.....then they need to employ more support people.
But if it's just a question of back-log, they should all stop everthing they're doing.....devs, CEO, cleaners, man the pumps and reel in the backlog. The concept of a rolling back-log that is eternally a week behind is idiotic and client-unfriendly in the extreme and show the top brass don't give a $hit about their customers.
