KV331 Audio • I can't activate my SynthMaster license because I can't type in the key file request dialog

I'm reinstalling SynthMaster and I'm unable to type anything in the request dialog that pops up when validating. When I try typing in my serial number or email it just reacts to my desktop instead of the license window.

Does anyone have any tips? I can't use the synth because it isn't activated
